Our Team

Tom Gentili, the founding principal of our firm, retired in 2012. During Tom’s career, which spanned over 40 years, he was instrumental in providing our organization with the foundation from which we have successfully been able to build upon. After his retirement, Tom remained a notable member of our firm until his passing in 2021. Tom will always be remembered for his unparalleled building estimating skills and adjusting techniques as well as his keen sense of humor.

Bob Rossini, the managing principal of our firm, has over 30 years of public adjusting experience, during which time he has adjusted several thousand insurance claims. He is a graduate of Bentley University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Bob is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA), and an active member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA), where he served as an officer. Bob is a very detail-oriented individual and is proficient in the evaluation, documentation and settlement of insurance claims. As a competent and skilled Public Adjuster, Bob has been able to successfully maintain a high level of credibility with the various insurance carriers and their representatives. Bob is licensed as a public insurance adjuster in the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, and Vermont.

Don Rossini has over 35 years of adjusting experience, during which time he has appraised and adjusted tens of millions of dollars in insurance claims. He is a graduate of Norwich University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree. Don is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) as well as a member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA). Don previously was a licensed construction supervisor for over 30 years, and long served as an independent adjuster representing various insurance companies. Don is extremely well skilled in the assessment of a property loss where he utilizes the latest software and estimating techniques. Don is licensed as a public insurance adjuster in the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Amy Brown is a licensed Public Adjuster and an integral member of our firm for many years. She is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Amy is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) as well as a member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA). Amy performs numerous administrative, technical and office support activities and serves as a point of contact for our clients. Amy is skilled in the preparation of business and personal property appraisals as well as the compilation of time element claims. Amy is licensed as a public insurance adjuster in the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Andrew Walsh is a licensed Public Adjuster and a dedicated member of our firm for several years. He is a graduate of Western New England College where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree. Andrew is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) as well as a member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA). Andrew was previously employed as a large loss project manager in the insurance restoration industry for many years before joining our organization. Andrew serves our firm as a source of business development and manages client relationships. Andrew is licensed as a public insurance adjuster in the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut

Deb Tibbetts, a trusted member of our adjusting team, assists in the preparation and documentation of business and personal property claims. In addition, Deb serves as a liaison to our clients, vendors, and other members of our team. Prior to joining our firm, Deb was employed for many years as a special education teacher in a local school district. Deb’s dedication and attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to our firm

Steve Reardon is a licensed Public Adjuster and an associate member of our firm.  He is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts where he earned a degree in business. Steve is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) as well as a member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA). Prior to becoming a public adjuster, Steve worked for a major insurance carrier where he was able to learn and understand both residential and complex commercial policies. Throughout his 20 year adjusting career, Steve has been involved in several catastrophe type events related to wind and flood and has the expertise needed to bring standard and FEMA insured losses to a quick resolution. Steve is a licensed public adjuster in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut in addition to several other states including the Bahamas and US Virgin Islands.

Nick Thrasher is a licensed Public Adjuster and an associate member of our firm.  He is a graduate of East Carolina University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Nick is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) as well as a member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA).  Nick is proud to be a First Class Petty Officer in the United States Coast Guard where he served 9 years of active duty service and is currently serving in the reserves.  As an associate of our firm, Nick works with us on business development and client relations.  Nick is a skilled building estimator proficient in the use of the latest estimating technology.  Nick is a licensed public adjuster in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
