“While in Florida, we received a late-night phone call from our daughter telling us that our home in New England was badly damaged by water from the bursting of frozen pipes. We flew home the next day and were shocked and devastated by what we saw. The entire central part of our home from the 2nd floor to the cellar was affected by water damage.
