Residential House Fire in Framingham, MA

Gentili + Rossini Associates successfully concluded the adjustment of a fire loss which destroyed a two-story home in Framingham, MA. It took fire fighters several hours to extinguish the blaze, which began on the second floor of the home and displaced three family members. The structure of the home and its contents were damaged by fire, smoke, and water. G+R prepared a detailed assessment of the damage to the structure, as well as complete inventory of all the damaged personal property items throughout the home.

Due to the severe damages in multiple rooms of the home, G+R worked closely with various family members to determine the items that were “burnt from sight” and to properly identify specialty and custom furnishings. Salvageable clothing and other textiles were removed by Sal’s Clothing Restoration for cleaning and storage. Because the home was uninhabitable, G+R worked with the family to find them temporary housing.

Throughout the claims process, G+R worked closely with the insurance carrier and its representatives to negotiate a fair and equitable settlement in a timely manner.
