22 Unit Condominium Fire in Fitchburg, MA.

A raging fire ripped through a 22 unit condominium building in Fitchburg, MA destroying all units. Gentili + Rossini Associates was hired by the condominium association trustees to manage all aspects of the claim including all the necessary emergency services, creation of the building appraisal as well as often overlooked tasks such as the coordination of the unit owners entering the building to collect personal items from their units. The building appraisal was completed to also include each individual unit using multiple techniques including video footage from a drone. The condominium association and the various unit owners were provided with regular updates on the status of their claim.
