3D virtual imagery, created using a technology called Matterport, is one of the most useful tools we have in creating and presenting an accurate claim. Matterport technology works with a specialized camera to create a realistic virtual replica of your home and it’s contents. The imagery created allows us to visually document the scope of the damage so that it may be viewed without the need to continually revisit the property, helping to resolve disputes with your insurance company and improve efficiency in the resolution of your claim.
