A fire ripped through a 136 unit apartment complex in Hartford, CT which displaced over 100 residents. The fire caused heavy damage to the structure and numerous individual apartments. Gentili + Rossini Associates was retained by the property owner to manage the enormous task of coordinating all the various emergency service vendors and to document the loss to the apartment building as well as the loss of rental income to the landlord.
