Thomas L. Gentili, SPPA (tgentili@gentilirossini.com)

Tom Gentili has over 35 years of experience in the fields of insurance adjusting,
architecture, construction and cost estimating. He has personally appraised
hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance losses. His extensive educational
background in Architecture and Building Construction includes a Masters Degree and
two undergraduate degrees. The National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters
(NAPIA) has accorded him the designation of Senior Professional Public Adjuster
(SPPA) in recognition of excellence in the field of Public Adjusting. Tom is also a
member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA).

Robert W. Rossini (brossini@gentilirossini.com)

Bob Rossini has over 20 years of public adjusting experience, during which time he
has adjusted tens of millions of dollars in insurance claims. He is a graduate of
Bentley College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Bob is a member of
the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA), and an active
member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA),
where he has served as an Officer for over 15 years. Bob is a very detail-oriented
individual and is proficient in the evaluation and documentation of losses. As a
competent and skilled Public Adjuster, Bob has been able to successfully maintain
a high level of credibility with the various insurance carriers and their representatives.

Stephen T. Reardon (sreardon@gentilirossini.com)

Steve Reardon, with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, has
adjusted several million dollars in insurance claims. Prior to becoming a public
insurance adjuster, Steve’s career began with a large national insurance carrier as
a claims adjuster and later, as a claims supervisor. He earned a Bachelor of
Science degree from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, where he was a
Dean's List recipient. Steve is also a member of the National Association of Public
Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) as well as a member of the Massachusetts
Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA).

Donald M. Rossini (drossini@gentilirossini.com)

Don Rossini has over 30 years of adjusting experience during, which time he has
appraised and adjusted tens of millions of dollars in insurance claims. Don has
also been a licensed construction supervisor for over 25 years, successfully
managing hundreds of various reconstruction projects. He is a graduate of Norwich
University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and a member of the
Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA). Don is
extremely well skilled in the assessment of a property loss and served as an
independent adjuster, representing various insurance companies for many years.

Mike Isaac has over 12 years of experience in the financial industry prior to joining
our firm. Mike is a graduate of Northeastern University where he earned a bachelor
of science degree in business administration. Mike is a very detail oriented
individual and skilled negotiator.

Susan M.Lamb (slamb@gentilirossini.com)

Susan Lamb, a member of our firm for 15 years, performs administrative and office
support activities. These duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and
directing visitors, word processing, filing, and other administrative tasks. Susan's
extensive software skills are invaluable to our firm.
